New metro rail connectivity developed between Noida and Greater noida. The construction work of metro line going on in full swing and it seems that the completion of metro would be before time dead line. A new metro rail network is developing between Noida and Greater Noida.The proposed route will be a stretch of 29.707 km and the estimated cost is Rs. 5,533 crore.
Starting from Noida City Centre in Sector 32, the proposed Metro corridor will lead towards Greater Noida via stations in sectors 50, 51, 78, 101, 81, on the Dadri road, 83, 85, 137, 142, 143, 144, 147, 153 & sector 149 in Noida.
Noida City Center to Noida Sector-62 Route:-
The distance between noida city center to sector-62 noida is 6.675-KM, Which is estimated to cost 1,880 crore. Noida City Centre of Sector 32 will be connected to Noida Sector 62 through the following metro stations:
- Noida Sector 34
- Noida Sector 52
- Noida Sector 59
- Noida Sector 61
- Noida Sector 62
- Electronic City at NH-24
Throw the above planned metro connectivity, Real estate market can be improved and the price can be increased. Ready to move in projects in Noida such as Jaypee Greens Wish town on Noida Expressway not much far away from sector-137 and 142 where metro stations being developed. Though, another metro line from Mahamaya to sector-142 would be developed.
